Single row angular contact ball bearing

Single row angular contact ball bearings have the characteristics of a single row steel ball configuration and structure. At the same size, they can accommodate more steel balls than deep groove ball bearings, with higher radial load capacity and unidirectional axial load capacity. By selecting different contact angle configurations, different radial and axial load capacities can be chosen. If used in multiple pairs, it can meet the requirements of bidirectional positioning and can withstand higher rigidity. Open and closed configurations are available. High precision products are more suitable for applications involving precise positioning and high-speed working conditions.

Equipped with a back-to-back structure of two rows of steel balls, it has higher radial and bidirectional axial bearing capacity, as well as overturning moment, and can ensure certain stiffness requirements. Open and closed configurations are available.

Four-point contact ball bearing

Equipped with a single row steel ball configuration, it can withstand axial loads in two directions, occupying less axial space than double row angular contact ball bearings. The inner ring separation design can accommodate more steel balls, meet higher load-bearing capacity, and facilitate installation and disassembly.

Thin walled angular contact ball bearing

Specific imperial and metric size series, independent of bearing size variations, have extremely thin rings and fixed cross-sectional dimensions. Lightweight, suitable for situations where the size limit of the bearing installation site is high and the load-bearing requirements are not high. It can withstand radial and unidirectional axial loads and is equipped with both open and closed structures.
